Why one system
Construction work moves through projects, procurement, finance, and people in a way that is naturally connected — a purchase order affects committed cost, a posted invoice affects the ledger, an approved timesheet affects labor cost on a project. When that work is split across separate tools with no shared data, those connections have to be maintained by hand, and they drift. LAFTAH is built as one modular system instead, so a number entered once — a cost code, a contract, a purchase order — is the same number everywhere it is used.

LAFTAH covers the construction operating cycle: projects and contracts, procurement and inventory, subcontractors, workforce and timesheets, AI-assisted document processing, and a finance ledger with reporting — including ZATCA-format e-invoicing readiness for Saudi Arabia. LAFTAH is built with the Saudi construction market in mind, including a ZATCA-format QR code and hash chain on every posted customer invoice as part of the product's e-invoicing readiness. Live submission to ZATCA is disclosed on the product page for exactly what it is today — we don't claim compliance we haven't tested.
